Concussions are one of the leading career ending injuries in the NFL. A concussion is a brain injury that is caused by a blow to the head. In many cases you can be concussed and not know it sometimes it wont even show up on an "MRI". You don't have to pass out or lose conscious to indicate you have a concussions many NFL players will go a whole game without knowing that they have a concussion.
